About Rest Relax
Welcome to Rest Relax, your relaxation center. At Rest Relax, we offer three saunas and two float rooms, in addition to massage chairs. Each room is private and available 24/7 for our members.
Float Rooms
Experience complete relaxation by floating in 12 inches of water infused with 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt. You'll feel all the tension lift from your body as you effortlessly float. Our pools are spacious enough for couples to enjoy together. With the Relax +1 or Couples Membership, you can share your session with a guest.
Sauna and Cold Plunge
Choose from three types of saunas. Our Salt Sauna features infrared heat, red light therapy, and Halo salt therapy. You can also select from two traditional heated saunas: the Yoga Sauna, which is spacious enough for you to stretch out in, or the HUUM sauna, where you can experience the warmth of stones with water for an authentic old-world sauna experience. Complete your session with a refreshing cold plunge.
Rest Relax offers an affordable membership. For the price of one float or sauna session at another place, you can enjoy one session a day.

A session is booking a Sauna or Float Room. You need to book a session to enter and use the center.
Each session is 75 minutes and begins at your scheduled start time.
- First 15 minutes: Optional use of massage chairs.
- Remaining 60 minutes: Sauna or float session.
We do not offer single sessions.
Packages are available in sets of 4 sessions, to be used within 30 days of purchase.
We are a membership-based relaxation center.
For about the same price as a single float or sauna session elsewhere, you can enjoy daily access to Rest Relax with a membership.
