About Rest Relax
Welcome to Rest Relax, your relaxation center. At Rest Relax, we offer three saunas and float rooms. Each room is private and available 24/7 for our members.
Saunas
HUUM Sauna: Experience the warmth of heated stones with water for an authentic old-world sauna experience. Includes an in-room cold plunge and red light therapy.
Yoga Sauna: Enjoy the warmth of heated stones in a spacious room that provides ample space for stretching. This sauna also features an in-room cold plunge and red light therapy.
Salt Sauna : Features infrared heat, red light therapy, and Halo salt therapy for a unique experience.
Float Rooms
Experience complete relaxation by floating in 12 inches of water infused with 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt. You'll feel all the tension lift from your body as you effortlessly float. Our float pools are spacious enough for couples to enjoy together.
Rest Relax offers an affordable membership. For the price of one float or sauna session at another place, you can enjoy one session a day.

A session is booking a Sauna or Float Room. You need to book a session to enter and use the center.
After you purchase a Membership or Package. You will have access to schedule your session at restrelaxidaho.com
To maintain the highest water quality and overall experience, we kindly ask that guests do not wear swimsuits during their sessions. All sauna and float rooms are private.
Each session is 75 minutes and begins at your scheduled start time.
- First 15 minutes: Optional use of massage chairs.
- Remaining 60 minutes: Sauna or float session.
We do offer single sessions M - Sat 11 am to 6 pm.
We are a membership-based relaxation center.
For about the same price as a single float or sauna session elsewhere, you can enjoy daily access to Rest Relax with a membership.
To book a session, you must either be a member or purchase a session. After completing your purchase, click on "book a session" to schedule your session.
